1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and js999 ("js999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the js999 website located at https://js999.ws and all associated services, features, content, and applications offered by js999 (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Account Credentials

You agree to:

KYC Verification

js999 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may require you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the js999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

js999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant regulatory bodies. Any suspected criminal activity detected on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Responsible Gaming

js999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards players seriously. js999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings after login:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately.

The js999 name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of js999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trademarks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, js999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any content thereon.

js999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. js999 makes no representation that the content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10. Amendments to These Terms

js999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material, js999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice prior to the change taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through js999 customer support should be submitted to binding arbitration. js999 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently.
